On Friday, September 28, 2018, we had the pleasure to welcome Jun.-Prof. Dr. Jennifer Ewald at the Institute of Technology in Tartu. In a seminar, she gave us a deep insight into the crosstalk between metabolism and the cell cycle.
Dr. Ewald recently acquired the Junior-Professorship in Molecular Cell Biology at University of Tübingen, Germany. As a postdoc, she worked with Prof. Jan Skotheim at Stanford University (USA) on cell cycle control.
After the seminar, we had the chance to talk about possible collaborations on the mentioned topics.
