Featured Article in Cell Systems
Our paper was selected as a Featured Article in the current issue of the Cell Systems. In this paper, we have carried out absolute quantification of yeast transcriptome and proteome across ten environmental conditions and studied the translation efficiency of the cells. Link to the paper here.

Extensive course on Integrative Data Analysis
In the framework of the International Symposium on Microbiology and Biotechnology (SIMB2016), ERA Chair holder Dr. Petri Lahtvee was teaching an extensive one-week course in Integrative Data Analysis at the Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil. The course was focused on the integration of high-throughput data and stoichiometric metabolic modeling.
